Are you tired of hiding your smile because of missing teeth? Dental implants could be the perfect solution for you. At Red Rose Dentistry, we offer a range of dental implant services, including surgical placement, grafting, extractions, sinus lifts, overdentures, and All-on-X, all designed to restore your smile and confidence. Dental implants are artificial tooth roots that provide a permanent base for fixed, replacement teeth. Unlike dentures, bridges, and crowns, dental implants are a popular and effective long-term solution for people who suffer from missing teeth, failing teeth, or chronic dental problems.
Why Should I Get Dental Implants?
The answer is simple: Dental implants can drastically improve your quality of life. If you're missing one or more teeth, you're well aware of the discomfort and self-consciousness it can cause. Dental implants look and feel like your natural teeth. They are designed to fuse with bone, making them become permanent. They do not only improve your appearance, but also your speech, comfort, self-esteem, and oral health. Plus, with proper care, dental implants can last a lifetime. Dr. Chris Gorospe and his team at Red Rose Dentistry are committed to providing the highest quality dental implant services in Lancaster, SC.

The Benefits Of Dental Implants
Improved Appearance
Dental implants look and feel like your own teeth. They are designed to fuse with bone, so they become permanent. This can dramatically improve your smile and boost your self-confidence.
Enhanced Oral Health
Unlike tooth-supported bridges, dental implants don't require reducing other teeth. Because nearby teeth are not altered to support the implant, more of your own teeth are left intact, improving your long-term oral health.
Durability
With proper care, dental implants are very durable and will last many years. They provide a permanent solution to tooth loss and can help you maintain a healthy, beautiful smile for a lifetime.
The Dental Implants Treatment Process
Initial Consultation
During your initial consultation, Dr. Gorospe will examine your mouth and take X-rays to determine if you are a good candidate for dental implants. He will discuss the procedure, costs, and answer any questions you may have.
Implant Placement
After the initial consultation, you will be scheduled for implant surgery. During this procedure, the dental implant, which is a small titanium post, will be placed into the bone socket of the missing tooth.
Abutment and Crown Placement
Once the implant has bonded to the jawbone, an abutment — a small connector post that holds the new tooth — is attached to the implant. Then, a crown, which is made to match your natural teeth, is attached to the abutment.
